Highlighting our Wildcats and their achievements
After receiving a Full-Tuition Scholarship from C-CAP, I studied at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After finishing school, I returned to Chicago and worked with world-renowned chef and cookbook author Rick Bayless.
I then decided that I wanted to come home to where it all started and give back to the Humboldt Park community. I love this community, and I love the students of Clemente. It is my honor and privilege to help guide students like me at Roberto Clemente Community Academy.
